Fredrik Prinz-Norløff joins Holio as Head of Accounting

We're proud to announce that Fredrik Prinz-Norløff has joined Holio as Head of Accounting, leading our regnskapsbyrå — the department that handles bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and year-end reporting for Norwegian businesses, with a special focus on e-commerce.

Fredrik joins us from Steen & Strøm, one of Scandinavia's leading shopping-centre companies, where he served as acting CFO, brought in to help reorganise the group's finance function. Few finance leaders know the retail world — the industry every Holio client operates in — from a vantage point like that.

Finance leadership at scale

Before Steen & Strøm, Fredrik was Group Finance Director at Zolva, where he led five heads of accounting and a 45-person finance organisation responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and budgeting across Norway, Spain, Italy and several other countries. Prior to that he was Head of Accounting at Clarksons, the world's largest shipbroking group, overseeing the day-to-day finance operation — payables, receivables, payroll, invoicing and liquidity management.

That combination — retail at group level, international finance organisations, and shipping — is not a coincidence. It mirrors what Holio does every day: we build and run the operational backbone for companies that sell online and move goods.

What this means for our clients
