Scope

What "everything included" actually means

A fixed price is only worth anything if you know what sits inside it β€” and what does not. So both lists are here.

Included in the fixed price

Running bookkeeping
Every voucher, plus reconciliation of bank, payment providers and channel settlements.
VAT and reporting
VAT returns every period, VOEC and cross-border VAT where it applies.
Year-end
Annual accounts, tax return and shareholder register β€” spread evenly across the year.
Payroll
Pay runs, a-melding, holiday pay, expenses and pension reporting.
Visma Business NXT licence
The ERP licence itself sits inside the fixed price β€” no separate invoice from Visma.
Systems and integrations
Setting up and running the connections to your store, payments and logistics.
Support without a clock
Ask as much as you like. We do not bill phone calls or emails.
Onboarding
We pull your data and take over from your current accountant. You sign, we handle the rest.

Comes on top

Audit
Carried out by an external auditor when your company is subject to audit.
Public fees
Charges from the Register of Business Enterprises, the Tax Administration and similar.
Cleaning up history
Backlogs or errors from earlier periods are priced after a review.
Extraordinary projects
Due diligence, demergers, mergers, tax audits and share issues.
Process

How the estimate becomes a price that holds

  1. 01

    You calculate

The calculator uses the same drivers we use internally: volume, payroll, sales channels and complexity. No hidden mark-up.

  2. 02

    We confirm

An accountant reviews your answers and confirms or adjusts the price. If something is off, you hear it before you sign β€” not after.

  3. 03

    The price holds

The fixed price runs for twelve months. If you grow past the volume we agreed, we tell you before we adjust it.

Questions

What people ask before they switch

Do we pay Visma for the licence on top?

No. The Visma Business NXT licence sits inside the fixed price, along with setting up and running the system. You get one invoice from us β€” no separate licence invoice from Visma, and no extra bill when you add a user or a module you need to operate.

What happens if our volume changes?

We review volume once a year, and on any large change in between. If you outgrow the agreement you get notice and a new price before the next period β€” never a surprise after the fact. If volume drops, we adjust down too.

Is the price I get here binding?

The estimate from the calculator is not binding on its own β€” it rests on your answers. Once an accountant has confirmed the basis, the price is fixed from signature through the agreement period.

How long is the commitment?

Twelve months, with three months notice. You own your own data and take it with you if you decide to move on.

Can you take over from our current accountant?

Yes. We collect your accounting data, trial balance and vouchers from your current agency and handle the whole transfer. You sign an authorisation, we do the rest.

What if we sell abroad?

It costs a little more, which is why it has its own question in the calculator. VOEC, EU sales and foreign VAT registration are where general accountants get it wrong most often, and where we spend the most time.

Why ask about orders instead of just revenue?

Because the work follows transaction count, not kroner. An online store with 5,000 small orders is more work than a consultancy with the same revenue across twelve invoices.

Would you rather just talk to someone?

If your situation does not fit in a calculator β€” a group, several countries, a backlog β€” we are happy to take it over the phone.
